    Apparently at some time in the past we used the Symantec cloud service and Symantec still records that are preventing current Symantec users/domains from sending email to our domain.  This was verified by the IT support people for one of the domains, who told me I need to contact Symantec non-technical support.  When I call support they explain they cannot help me because they cannot find our business name and I do not know the "site ID."  We do not have any Symantec products installed on our computers or the old mail server we no longer use.   Can anyone help send me in the right direction please?
