select lotus notes autoprotect wil be unavailable
    run the install
    close lotus

In case of problems, read also Universal Antivirus Uninstaller

For the benefit of those who don't want to open the image:

"0x115 - RTVSCAN is operational and may be holding out memory, exiting. Please restart RTVSCAN or reboot the system"

    Is this Notes 8?

From what I can find, if you disable the Notes plugin and this still happens, you may want to contact Notes support.  If I'm reading this document correctly, it looks to me like this was fixed in Notes 8.5.

LO40885: WHEN USERS LAUNCH LOTUS NOTES, THEY RECEIVE RTVSCAN ERRORS.
