    Greeting

    I hope you doing well,

We interested in secure web gateway appliance and I have some questions about it if don't mind.

    scenario:
We have remote branches linked with our HQ office through IP/MPLS-VPN circuits and we want to provide them internet access through proxy appliance which will install in HQ and we will connect this proxy with DIA circuit.

is secure web gateway has this feature?!

    Hello Yaser,

    which of the features?

To allow local breakout for direct internetaccess for your users in the branche offices? If that is the question than answer is yes.
You can direct public traffic by forwaring layer to the internet and local traffic to your HQ.
But that depends on DNS, Firewall and local routing.

Or did I understand your question right?

    Thanks,
    Manfred

    Hi Yaser,

I think what you are describing is the probably the most popular proxy use-case:

    - Multi-site private network
    - Centralized internet access

Yes, Symantec ProxySG is perfectly able to do that. You can choose from a variety of hardware or virtual appliances to do it.
