  • 1.  Monitor Threat Activity in Statistics Overview is empty

    Hi everyone

    The overview report in  Statistics > Overview is empty (all Statistics bookmarks), I mean there is no statistic/information.
    We mostly submitting files via API - we need to set some parameters for that? I cannot find anything in documentation.

    Hello Jakub, 

    When you submit files for scanning via the API, are you sending those file for Sandboxing scanning only or for AV scanning by the AV engines as well?
    Can you share a screenshot of the full Statistics page please, i  wonder if you see a -1 there somewhere.
    Is this a CAS or ASG ? 
    Have you tried restarting it ?
    When you look at the "Historical Connections" section , do you see any activities and any recent dates ?

    Hi Slava

    We scan using our custom IVM profiles (Windows 10)
    This is a CAS500A1
    Yes we restarting (sandbox engine and a CAS)
    Historical Connections is empty
    In "Statistic Overview" we only see Memory and CPU utilization, no information on the results of the analysis (capital zeros on the front of the page).

    We only see "Risk Score Bar Chart":

    It is possible that this is some sort of a cosmetic bug.
    Can you  you upgrade the CAS to the latest version and monitor to see there are improvement?
