This is mainly for a Broadcom employee.
I have been using SEP since 2011, version 12.1 on my computer that is unmanaged. I received this software while in the US ARMY for Home-Use on my computer. My original license states that my license never expires. Over all these years I have been able to download the client-only updates from Symantec, that is until last year with the switch to Broadcom, and now you have to be able to log-in to download updates.
I have contacted customer service via email 3 different times, they have not helped me gain access. I have provided my original license information with serial number.
I would like to be able to download the client-only updates, like before. Obviously if I didn't have a valid installation, they would do me no good. I'm currently stuck on 14.2 RU2 MP1 with no update options.
Any help would be great!
