unable to open pdf files

facing issue of pdf documents not opening .
shows the following error all the time 

ICAP Error (icap_error)

An error occurred while performing an ICAP operation: Server error: Unknown

There could be a network problem, the ICAP service may be misconfigured, or the ICAP server may have reported an error.

Hi Neha,

my guess is that you have enabled the Cylance engine. Please disable it and maybe enable SymantecAML instead.
