  • 1.  Switch to Cloud Managed Option does not appear

    Hi,

    After i sucessfull enroll the SEPM to SES Enterprise and sync is ok, the option "Switch to Cloud Managed" does not appear for any device.

    Cannot move device to "Default" group.
    When a manual move the other group, the "Default" group does not appear.

    If i try to Device Group and "Add device" occurs this error: "Cannot move HUB Devices to other device group."

    I have the same problem. Do you  find a solution?
