  • 1.  Altiris 7.5 - Lots of Error Messages

    Hi there

    I'm trying to resolve this errors, maybe someone can push me in the right direction.

    Error message every minute:

     

    CWin32CTServerDirectConnection::_ListenTickleAndPing(): Exception occured: CAtrsException exception, error = "Error reading data from socket. You may see this exception if atrshost service was restarted or if connection from Client to Task Server tickle port: '7354' is lost by some reasons.", OS error = 0, at line 464

    re-throw at CWin32CTServerDirectConnection::_OnReceiveReady

    Hi

    Thank you for your suggestion. I did this 2-3x times with no success.

    I see the problem in the netstat table as well..

     TCP    0.0.0.0:7354           0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
    Can not obtain ownership information

    The listener is there, but there is something wrong with the binding i guess.

    Did you try to change back tickle to default port "50124"?
