    Hello Symantec Team,

    since upgrade 12.1 to 14.0 i notice the following on my unmanged client. What is the cause for this?

    This a known problem within the product, please read up on it here:

    DWH*.tmp files are created and detected when quarantine is scanned with new virus definitions

    We get that all the time even with the latest v12.1.6. This is ongoing issue and am a bit disappointed to see this is not resolved on v14 to be honest.

    Hello Brian,

     

    yes i deleted my Quarantine Folder. But before i had the latest 12.16 Version installed and got no error Message. They began right after Upgrade to V14.

    Till Today no further error Messages.

    This was due to files being in quarantine. It will stop after deletion.
