Likely sometime shortly after mid year. However. dates and scope of releases are always subject to change.

Subject: 8.6 RU3 Linux x64 PXE support kernel version
HI Experts,
When is 8.6 RU3 ETA release ? also i've heard it will finally support x64 Linux, so:
Do we know what will 8.6 RU3 Linux x64 PXE support kernel version will be, and is it possible to upgrade?
I see that in 8.6 RU1 currently only x86 is being supported, and with kernel 4.19 (which is extremely outdated):
we find that many LAN adapters (USB-C Type) are not able to obtain IPs and get this error from PXE: My IP is 0.0.0.0., also a lot of vendors now have stopped supporting legacy x86 network boot, so this is really required not only to be x64 supporting, but also upgradeable and modified to update kernel so it will keep up with latest vendors release all the time.
More info:
Weird thing is, that target already obtained IP to start the PXE process (i see a preboot list option), so how can it fail getting the same IP it received 2 seconds prior to that?
Tnx,
Hagai
