download clean wipe utility

Dear all,

 

I have the below product symatec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1 4A recently upgraded seial no is M0237691335

i need the cleanwipe utility since I am not able to uninstall SEPm for a user . the user has windows 8 64 bit

the client version now is 12.1 RU MP1

Please let me know how to download

i did download from file connect the Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4_Part2_Tools_EN.exe and the cleanwipe is a part of it
