    Our server is being incorrectly blocked and we were directed to this website.

    553-Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at 553-https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId 553 =TECH246726 for more information

    The server holds an ecommerce store that sends customer order emails so only legitimate and expected emails are going out. Who do we contact to speak about getting this block removed?

    Yes, we received the same message, just today.  I kind of know why we might be blacklisted, because we're using Sendgrid to send transactional emails.  And it appears that UCEPROTECT have blacklisted the entire IP range of Sendgrid.  Is the only solution to ask our client to whitelist our IP address?  Will a whitelist override any such blacklist?

    Hi Richard, 

    It would be up to Sendgrid to ensure they're not listed on the most reputable blacklists.
    If you are sending from dedicated IP you can ask a client temporary whitelist your IP or  your own domain.
