    Dear All,

    Im purchasing Symantec Products as per below on the behalf of my client;

    SEP-NEW-S-1-25-1Y - Endpoint Protection, Initial Subscription License with Support, 1-24 Devices 1 YR

    And in the past, this products should be manage through cloud console at securitycloud.symantec.com

    So may i know how to open an account there?  

    Before this whenever there new purchase i always use the trial option first before entering the license key on the account, but currently it seems it no longer have trial option.

    When i click "register here" to create trial account, it simply redirect me back to the front page.

    With Broadcom, the method has changed. Copying & pasting from another post...

    To obtain trials or proof of concept demonstrations for Broadcom software products, please contact your Sales Account Manager. If you are not a current customer, contact our Sales team. After you submit the form at the link below, a sales representative will contact you shortly.

    How about partners that has no longer have Account Manager? (The whole bunch of them has left Symantec)


    From my understanding - some of the customer will be placed under 'Virtual Team' .... no direct connection to the people


    but so far no new information on this
