SEPM definitions not updating automatically

Hello,

All of a sudden, we have observed that SEPM is not updating the definitions automatically. For few days, we ran manual liveupdate and it started to work. Later on, even the manual Liveupdate did not work. 

When running manual liveupdate, it says successful but the definitions remains the same (old definitions). 

Recently, we have added two DMZ SEPM's in the same site. Is this the reason for the Liveupdate failure. 

Also, under SESMLU.log, we found

I would run dbvalidator. There could be a broken link in database.
