  • 1.  Searching EDR for device history yields short list

    I'm searching the past 6 months of a device in EDR but it only gives me the last week of data, not the last 6 months. I've tried different settings for searching such as last year, last 6 months, Relative dates, etc, all just give me 7 days of data. Anyone seen this or have a workaround for it?

    It sounds like the appliance is fairly busy and has purged the data due to limited space.
