We receive Single Risk Event when virus is detected. I believed it is set in notification(by me).But the email format is of HTML, and may contain unknown format, so that when I forward this email to a monitor tool of our company, content becomes messy code. How can I change the email content to Plain Text format,but keep the original information like Risk File path, User ID.....?

If no way to change the content, can we change the subject of notification?
Notifiaction subject line are predefined in the notification tab. cannnot be changed.

Seems there are quite a few changes like this that can be made to the conf.properties file to "unlock" certain settings or features but a call to support is usually needed to know what to add.
