The SEP 14 and the ePO are wholely different products in case of their working, feasiblity etc.
Symantec Endpoint protection 14 has a whole suite of features.
Whereas, on the other side the McAfee ePO offers a lot of depth and is lot more user friendly.
You can integrate almost all of the McAfee products onto the ePO and use it as a Single ALLROUNDER Product.
You cannot basically compare the SEP with the ePO. McAfee has a product in "Endpoint Security" or the "Total Protection" which can be compared with the SEP and in someways cannot withstand the SEP.
