Some days ago we received a mail about a new version of Symantec Web Gateway software was released (5.0.3).
But when we check for new updates on the Web Gateway, It says we already have the newest version (126.96.36.199).
We have also checked FileConnect, and it doesn't have the newest update (5.0.3) either.
Our Web Gateway database is updating fine, so the connection must be working.
Have any of you experienced this problem? Or know what’s wrong?
Or is version 5.0.3 not completely released?

We stage the release so that customers are upgraded gradually over time. If you want to upgrade immediately if you contact our Support team, they can enable your appliances so that you will be able to update in the next 24 hours or so, otherwise if you wait it out it will probably be availabe over the next week or so.
