    I have an on-prem Sepm 14.2 which I tried to enroll to our new SES tenant.  The enrollment itself worked but ever since the cloud portal (and the local server ) have been saying "device and policy sync in progress Do not make any changes" for days

    This has been going on for weeks now, nothing has synced. I have tried this with two different SEPM and different tenants with the same result

    I have given up trying to enroll our local servers to be cloud managed, it seems too flaky, (I since un-enrolled the local server) but I am unable to get rid of the device sync message in the SES cloud devices view.
    I have a case open with Symantec/Broadcom for weeks about this, but it is getting nowhere, the Symantec staff in my experience have no idea how the cloud platform works.

    Any idea how I can get this resolved short of deleting our tenant and starting over? (which is about where I am at now)
