    Hi All,

     

    Can anyone provide me the Different Virus cleanup resolution steps and tools as in my organization, as I wanted to learn in case any m/c which will be infected with virus and can't be cleaned up through SEP client. Please guide for resolve such issues.

    Basically Symantec provides Power eraser and SERT tool to scan infected machine if SEP is not working

    Power Eraser

    Download Sep support tool & scan the affected system with power eraser.
