I renewed the Norton Security with a multiple device subscription at Amazon. Both devices laptops with Windows are now updated and all is fine. Howver, I keep getting an email on the second device renewed saying the the subscription expired. The email is to an older email name, I have no idea where on Symantec's website that is. My Account tells me clearly both devices are updated. So how do I stop the emails?
The Norton community said I have to ask at a Symantec forum. So here I am.
Hi, if you go into the help menu (top right) in the bottom right of the next window you'll see "enter product key" re-enter your product key and it'll re-activate your software for the correct number of days.
