    Hi!

    1) You can import this custom report to filter out inactive managed computers

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/blogs/computers-which-arent-reporting-inventory-ns-n-days

    2) You can create separate Web Part of all registered clients with Task Servers and see there inactive computers:

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/blogs/web-parts-one-place-within-smp-console

    3) In ITMS 7.6 release, there is a "Agent Health" feature which shows health state of all managed endpoints

    Thanks,

One super easy way to get a sense of agent health is to look at ClientDate.  his is a field  that reports what date and time the computer believed it was when sending basic inventory. It is in the basic inventory so gets updated on the basic inventory schedule.

We use this to see if an agent is working OK or not.

Just add this field into your report

    AEX_AC_Identdification.Client Date
