  • 1.  Recovery Solution: RSAgent web install error after upgrade from 6.2 SP2 to SP3

    When I go to: http://servername/rsagent/CRStart.asp I get the initial screen, click Next, select "Server-based Mode", click Next, and I receive the following error:

    Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a000d'

    Type mismatch

    /rsagent/CRSelectAccount.asp, line 25

    Does anyone have a solution for this?

    The offending line 25 is: var SecurityMode=UserManager.GetSecurityMode();

    Resolved this myself- was DCOM related.
