    hello,

    I'm facing issue with Management center & reporter license activation, it's a direct connection without proxy, I check the DNS and NTP and it's fine.

     

    find the below error please

     

     

    bccm_2_0-6-x86_64# licensing load
    %  failed
    %  ErrorCode : -14500
    %  ErrorMessage : 5004:Invalid server certificate:peer not authenticated

    Dear Eyad,

     

    Are you doing any SSL interception on Upstream Device ? IF YES bypass from SSL interception of upstream device to download the License file.

    I Have the same error with a virtual appliance Reporter V50 Version 10.3.1.1

    With licence load username and passwort from MySymantec it works
