I ran into the follwoing problem. Environment:
1. Logon on Netscaler 12.1 AAA.
2. RADIUS to VIP Enterprise Gateway 9.8 "User ID - Security code"
Some (large number) of iPhones don't get push notification. It's there if you open the app but the push notification never comes. Any ideas? Can't find anything anywhere.
This may be an issue with the beta update from Apple. I believe the 13.3 final update may have resolved this issue. If you still are seeing problems after updating you should reinstall VIP Access and verify you can receive a push by going to https://vip.symantec.com/ and using the TEST option.
