    Hello friends,

    Recently we are viewing some errors in SMG Control Center logs, this error is reported by Hosts Scanners, bellow the message.

    ""Network error occurred, Peer's certificate issuer has been marked as not trusted by the user. (60), check your network connection settings, check your proxy settings (if applicable), and check to ensure that port 443 (HTTPS) is open through any relevant f""

    We did test the network communications between Hosts Scanners, and Hosts Scanners and Control Center, the communications is working normally.

    That error is from the conduit service which checks for spam definitions every 60 seconds. If that error was a single entry (or a few entries) it was likely an intermittent network issue and shouldn't be an issue going forward. If it happens consistently, then there may be an issue.

    Hi Thiago,

    What is your version of SMG? It's lower of 10.6.6 your version isn't compatible with certificate, you must upgrade to latest version 10.7.3.

    Carlos is correct, there is a current situation where versions 10.6.5 and earlier are unable to download definitions or software updates from the servers. I would recommend opening a support case to get additional details.

    Good. That is the current version. If the error was a one-off (or just a few of these errors) and you spam definitions are up to date, then there is nothing to be concerned about.
