Display Name Blocking in SMG

Hello everyone, can you please share with me how can I create a content filtering policy to block certain Display names from outside senders to inbound recepients. I would like to use a custom dictionary containing multiple addresses which I would like to block. Thanks

the below article should help you to crete a user defined dectionary

after creating the dictionary and add the email addresses in it 

Create a content policy for inbound messages only and add a condition  text in specific part of the message header "Envelope sender" 

contains email address from dictionary and choose the created dictionary and then click save and choose what ever action you want

I would make a content filter: Inbound If from header contains 1 or more ??? Action: quarantine
