our customer can telnet port 25 only one permission

    Hi there, our customer have a cluster1out.us.messagelabs.com on your connection. they need to telnet on port 25 for many permission on IP 202.144.189.45/29, because they can telnet session were failed after they got once connected and the next attempt were failed all.
    could you find a solution why they can telnet 25 only one permission. maybe could you active IP on range 202.144.189.0/24 i need to test telnet 25 to check about permission.
