We are currently experiencing issues with a company who uses MessageLabs trying to email one of our customers that is no longer on MessageLabs.
The emails are bouncing back saying the user doesn't exist although I can confirm they do. I believe this is due to the domain still being listed on the MessageLab servers as I have experiencing the issues previously with a different customer.
Can someone contact me regarding this? I need the domain removing for all servers of MessageLabs to ensure mail flow is working correctly.
