    Hi there. I am an IT admin at out company and for the last 2 days, we have had issues sending email to recipients who are using message labs. Here is a sample NDR:

    554 5.0.0 Service unavailable

     

    I have raised the issue with our smarthost 'Forcepoint' and they can tell me there is nothing we can do. We use hosted exchange domain 'ionix-systems.com' and route all mail through forcepoint. We have had this configuration for 5 years and have not seen this issue before.

     

    Can you please advise why we are seeing this issue?
