    Hello

     

    I'M JMC member of IT Team ,an Taiwan Company

     

    I'm writing you because I have a customer's domain "semikron.com" delivery to our domain "atecom.com.tw" have some problem.

    The "Semikron.com" is managed by messaglabs.com service provider.

     

    When "Semikron.com" delivery mail to atecom.com.tw sometimes the sender receive an error message with "5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) '[Errno 0] Error'  "

    The sender would be bounced but there is no record on our system.

     

    The following are servers of both

     

    Semikron.com

    Atecom.com.tw

    Mail.atecom.com.tw            internet ip address=61.219.XXX.XXX

     

    Could you please check if source IP of our infrastructure are banned by your systems?
