The MX records for your domains are not under our control, but the old configuration on our account may still be affecting the delivery of some emails. You should be able to delete that yourself if you can still login to the portal (by going to the 'Email Services > Domains' menu and deleting the Active Domains), but if you don't have access then we will need some level of 'proof of ownership' of the domains as a security step. The standard way to do that is to add a TXT record to your DNS entries for those domains saying 'BRCM:DEL' that you can remove again once we have confirmed their existence and deleted the domains. It looks like you currently have 11 domains configured, but as I can see your subscription has expired you only really need to add that to one of those domains.

Subject: Need MX Domain Removed from Expired Account
We used to use Message Labs/Symantec few years ago. We have moved to another service, but noticed that Messagelabs server still has our domains mx record.
We like to remove our domains from message labs, but we cannot see any tools to do so when logging in. Our account expired June 3, 2020
So we are getting Undeliverable bounce backs from MAILER-DAEMON@messagelabs.com with Reason: 554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max time without delivery
