Internal email going to quarantine

  • 1.  Internal email going to quarantine

    I am using the email gateway.  I have whitelisted an internal email from our organization. 
    Some of the emails are making it through to my inbox and some are still being sent to quarantine. 
    Is there some way to allow this ensure all the emails from internal support make it through?
