    Dear Community

    I'm trying to get the newest Feature Update W10x64 1803 on my clients. I followed the instructions  from https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.DOC9422.html .

    When i enable the new Policy nothing happens on the clients. They can't find a new task and nothing is shown in the Software-Updates section.

    Is there a way to see certain logfiles for that specific Policy or other ways to find the error?

    Update: My Client could now download the specific Bulletin. I could check it in the Software-Updates Section on the Symantec Agent.

    I got an error "Error while downloading package:No package sources returned by server." And it's stuck with downloading again.

    Also End download for package: {ID}, Status 4.

    Downloaded 0 bytes at 0 bytes per second, used 0 bytes from cache

    Sorry for my late reply.

    Thanks for your time!

    My problem got solved by itsown. The Upgrade 1803 wasn't fully uploaded on our Package-Server. After waiting for a day the clients could get the ISO-file and installed sucessfully the newest Upgrade.
