One of the users is facing an issue while seeing evaluation results, in CCS console. When we click on View evaluation results, we get the following error afterwhich the ccs console crashes.
An unhandled eception occiurred
We have isolated thye issue to this laptop...ANYuser faces the same issue on this laptop..whereas if the same uswrs log into any other computer, they do not face the issue.
We are running ccs console on Win Xp sp2.
CCS version is 9.0.1 pcu2-2011
check the windows event log see any error/warning logged or not. suspect conflict. can you try to recreate user profile? thanks.
Would venture a guess that it has to do with a corrupted Java or .Net install on the user system. I would go to Add/Remove Programs and remove the CCS console and then reinstall it from scratch. See link for specific instructions:

When you mention the console is that the ccs_web or the console client. Are they going to the manage assets area and checking out the eval results for one machine or through the standard and looking at multiple machines.
Just trying to get a better idea of where the user is going to see the eval results.
9.01 is a bit older version of the client, not sure if they support that one anymore. They have a diag util for collecting logs though I believe that is for version10.x only
