    Hello. 

    We are trying to migrate our symantec endpoint security cloud license to the new SES. 

    The big problem is that we never received the initial email from e-delivery@broadcom.com or from cyberdefense@saas.broadcom.com. And since we didn't receive the email, we were unable to migrate. We have access to the console but with errors and lack of some menus.

    We have already opened 5 support requests and none of them helped us. 

    They just send us to https://support.broadcom.com/external/content/critical-alerts/Transitioning-from-SEP-Cloud-or-SEP-SBE-to-SESE/1770

    We have already opened a ticket with one of the partners, arrow, and nothing. Is it possible that there is no one from Broadcom to help us?
