  • 1.  Internet Access issue - Bluecoat Unified Agents

    Hello Team,

    We are facing a weird issue with random clients that are installed with Bluecoat Unified Agents (NOT SYMANTEC WSS).

    All of a sudden, Internet Access on the client machine will be stopped and there won't be any URL/Site is accessible.

    In the UA Diagnostics File, we are seeing only 1 event named "DNS resolution has a failure. Hardcoded Value will be used".

    Is this issue faces by any other? Please help us with this.

    Hello Rahul, 

    I would recommend logging a technical case via the Broadcom Portal, use a ProxySG serial number for the device and provide the UA issue details, that way the case gets routed to the Proxy Team not the WSS.
