    Dear Bertin,

     

    Proxy does not support UDP Protocol and we cannot enable the same.Only proxy understand UDP 53 (DNS)

    Thank Arboonaim! My matter is that, our compagny has a partenarship with an international organization and we exchange via Vmware Horizon Client which uses UDP 4172. Please What I can do?

    Hi Bertin,

     

        Unfortunately we can’t do anything on ProxySG for this UDP traffic as it is not designed to intercept UDP traffic (exception being DNS). The connection need to be allowed on the FW itself to the destined servers.

    Hi,

    Proxy know some UDP protocol, You can see as link KB below.

    So, the proxy cannot control the other UDP protocol but the proxy can bypass the UDP protocol through the device.

    You can set bypass as proxy-services but it's should byapss all of protocol at bypass port.
