    Hello All ,

    I have configured bluecoat butwhile making policies i am getting the error :
    Categories defined by System:
    none
    pending
    unavailable
    unlicensed

    Please guide what could be the issue ?

    HI Neha,

    Is this an actual error? or are you only getting the System categories to show when trying to make policy in the VPM? The Blue Coat categories do take some time to install, and so you may need to wait an hour after starting the initial database download to be able to see the categories.

    If this is a specific error, can you provide a screenshot?

    We are unable to so because of the following .
    Database is showing the error of 401 and not getting downloaded .
    How to get BCWF credentials again without reseting the device .

    error code 401

    Please check that proxy has correct license, next check that Bluecoat databse is enabled and downloaded correctly
