    Good day!
    Faced a problem - inventory information is not being processed.
    The log file shows the following picture:

    Hi Alexander!

    Assume that this problem is caused by another question from you which is resolved because log output above mentions about not authenticated.
    module="Altiris.NS.Replication.dll" process="AeXSvc" pid="3792" thread="115" tickCount="29767500"><![CDATA[Cannot get remote replication settings, retry 6/10, ex:
    System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> User is not authenticated.


    When you updated NS AppIdentity credentials, please make sure that you re-add new creds/pass in Stand-alone replication rules, for Parent, Child NS server on hierarchy management page (maybe some client tasks have custom credentials specified using same account so better to update their credentials as well)

    Otherwise, if this is domain account and wrong password specified in NS for these items mentioned above, then domain account will be locked very often due wrong password usage during auth.
