  • 1.  Win PE remote support ideas?

    Trying to be 100% remote, only thing with my role is imaging support and when issues come up in the preboot I end up needing to travel to the location to troubleshoot. Anyone have a good system they have built into altiris to deal with this? IP kvm? vnc built into winpe(we did this in the past and it seemed to work about 50% of the time). Just curious if anyone had good ideas.
