  • 1.  End Target not registering to any Task Server

    Hi Experts,
    I noticed a few targets have not registered to any Task Server.
    However, they are all green, all plugins installed, and i dont see any network issues, or any TS configuration issues.

    is there a way to force a machine to register to a Task Server?

    did you get an answer here? Have found issues with the Altiris services stopping on the server and restarting these resolves these issues

    Found the same (services issue on TS) , but didn't get any other reply.

    Hi Hagai!

    Well, impossible to understand what is going on there and why something fails, if no logs shown for errors/warning messages on such affected Task Servers.
    Logs location: C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Agent\Logs\

    Thank Igor!

    I've already found that the TS data service was suddenly down on 1 TS, hope it was that, if I will keep seeing it, I will try to extract logs.
