Trouble dowlnoading Firefox 76.0.1

Anyone else having trouble with the download?  Log from server below.  Our web filter isn't blocking it.

seems like firewall may be getting in the way since it's http.

how bout updating the link to https in PMImport? Seems more secure for all?
