There is no point-fix available for 7.6 HF7 to support AD Import functionality via ldaps. Customer should use 8.1 RU7, 8.5 RU2 or 8.5 RU3 with installed PF mentioned in above link (or wait when 8.5 RU4 will be released so it already has support of AD Import via ldaps)
If you have installed PF or released build which supports AD Import functionality via LDAPS, you need just specify a port for AD Import rule.
As example, if I want to perform AD Import via ldaps, I should specify there ADName & ldaps port
