Can anyone help with this issue?
We have several dozen Macbooks running SEPC currently. One Macbook was wiped and had the OS re-installed and following that SEPC re-installed. On re-installing the SEPC client the user got to the "Activation Required" screen however on clicking the "Activate Now" button gets the following error:
"Activation Error: We're unable to process your request at this time contact your administrator for assistance (-22)".
We've taken a number of steps to try and remediate including:
First approach: We wiped SEPC off the device and tried a fresh install and no luck (same error).
Second approach: Following this we removed the account via the web Admin console and also removed the previous SEPC install attempt. The user was added back in via the web Admin console and resent the email invite. They followed the whole process again of installing. Once again however they see the error from above.
We've confirmed there isn't any firewall issues on the users end and prior to the re-install it was working OK.
