    Hi;

    What happens if the file reputation service is not available? For any reason like a network problem for example?

    Do we move to the next stage of "File scanning", which is predictive analysis?

    Hi Wasfi

    the CAS will fist check to see if it has cached a previous result for the file, if a service like file reputation is unavailable it will go on to predictive analysis and then av scanning and finally sandboxing if enabled
