CASMA Windows 10 Image download for IVM profile

Hi everyone, so one of my customer have also purchased the Windows 10 License from Symantec for CASMA IVM profile. However we cannot use the option when create the Sanboxing to download this image from Symantec due to some internal restrictions. Customer is asking if there is a way which we can use to instead of downloading this image directly from Symantec over the internet. Symantec can provide us with a link to download the .iso file and we can upload it manually to CASMA?

Is it possible to do so? becuase when I go to products download I dont see the iso there.

Hi Symspec,

There is not a way download the image from Symantec aside from the option under Sandboxing. Please refer to the Required Ports, Protocols, and Services document below for reference on what is required to use the Content Analysis device.
