  • 1.  Task Queue Very high on CASMA Appliance

    Hi, recently we upgraded CASMA to the latest version 3.1. After the upgrade it worked fine but after couple of hours we saw a lot of Tasks getting queued with a message "Waiting for Assignment". There are around 120-150 tasks which are in queue and not changing its status. We then restarted the Sandboxing service from the services tab. After few minutes we saw that around 10-15 new tasks were processed fine, however those old 120-150 tasks are still in queue with the message "Waiting for Assignment". How can we forcefully get them processed?

    Can we know why those tasks are in queue and what's the process of purging task queues. Please share the relevant KB.

    I ran into the same issue last night and it seems there is no real way to get rid of these tasks in a batch processing. It seems the only goind way is to use the API to delete them, maybe this is worth to have a look on it.
