Relocating PGP Command Line to another Server

We are attempting to move our currently licensed version of PGP Command Line 10.4.2 from one server to a completely new server.

According to the PGP Command Line User's Guide on relocating, the first two steps are as follows:

1.  Install PGP Command Line on your new system.

2.  License PGP Command Line on your new system.

We plan on using the same license number on the new system that's currently in use on the old system.

I just want to verify that this will work and that step 2 above is not referring to a completely new license number.

It should be exactly the same license as you're currently using, bearing in mind you're moving the installation...not creating another server to host an application for a different environment.
