Latest Data not appear in reports

    Hi,
    We have a Reporter (VM) integrated with ASG (Reporter version - 9.5.3.3). It was disconnected for few months and I have configured the Access log settings recently. Then I "start log source" in reporter, but new data doesn't appear in the reports. Log sources page keep showing "precessing". I have attached a screenshot of log source page and data base page

    Also refer the journal logs. Below error has appeared frequently

    SplitPathElements returned no parsed elements to FindPath (an empty path string may have been supplied: '')

    ..\src\sg_reports.cpp,1170,InitReportGeneration

    Also I want to know, how to view the BlueCoat reporter supported/expecting log format in Reporter configurations?
